Exxon Mobil Corporation in Antwerp Refinery seeks an Equipment Engineer to operate a portion of our manufacturing units and collaborate with operators, maintenance, and engineering specialists to optimize efficiency, cost, and safety.

The role offers career development opportunities across technical and project paths, with potential moves into energy management or commercial roles over time, and a path toward international technical or business specialization depending on performance.

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering (Chemical, Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, or Machinery) required.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
Effective leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.
