Internship Programme: Supply Chain

We invite you to join us through a 6‑month internship that will be mandatory and conducted within the framework of your Master of Supply Chain or a similar field in an educational institution in Europe. As a member of our team, you will gain real‑world experience in supply chain integration, technology, and business strategy.

Education & Language

Education required: Regular enrollment in a Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related discipline in Europe.

Language requirement: English mandatory; French is advantageous for better integration.

Employment Details

Expected start date: As soon as possible.

Duration: 6 months.

Work arrangements: Hybrid – remote and on‑site.

Remuneration: The internship is not paid, in accordance with Belgian legal requirements. Eligible expenses will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

The primary objective of this group is to design and assess a single, integrated, efficient and agile supply chain network that delivers end‑to‑end visibility across Inventory, Cold Chain, Sustainability and Serialization. You will:

• Design a new operating model that merges our two existing supply chains into one integrated supply chain, ensuring seamless connection with planning. This model must be adaptable, scalable and aimed at improving operational efficiency, resilience, lead‑time and service level. The review should focus on streamlining current processes, adopting Logisty 4.0 technology, achieving cost‑effectiveness, sustainability and agility, and enhancing patient service.
• Design end‑to‑end visibility from manufacturing exit to delivery of finished products, covering Cold Chain, Inventory visibility, Lead‑time, Sustainability and Serialization, to provide real‑time insights and proactive risk management.
• Design an optimized logistic network from manufacturing to customer, integrating planning, warehousing, routing and materials handling to achieve improved inventory management, reduced lead times, cost control and higher customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategy creation, validation and implementation of the three key pillars: Operating model, End‑to‑end visibility and Network design.
