Puig France is seeking a Marketing assistant in Brussels for a 6-month period starting January 2027. You will support two Brand Managers in daily tasks, assist with market analyses, and help implement consumer activations while participating in the yearly brand planning and events coordination.

The role is based in Brussels within the Marketing Department, requiring English and French with Dutch a plus, and a hands-on, organized, and creative mindset.

Qualifications

• First experience in Marketing.
• Master's degree in marketing.
• English & French required; Dutch is a plus.
• Creative with analytics and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Update Nielsen slides and perform market analyses.
• Assist Brand Managers on market studies and analytics.
• Support the implementation of 360 Consumer activations.
• Contribute to the yearly brand plan development across brands.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and follow best practices.

Missions

MARKETING (PRESTIGE)

• Update of monthly Nielsen slides and analysis of the markets
• Assist Brand Managers on analysis & market studies
• Assist Brand Managers on the implementation of the 360 Consumer activations
• Participate & assist in the elaboration of the yearly plan across brands
• Participate to internal brainstorms
• Competitors Best Practices follow up
• Organization of events: logistics, communication, follow up

TRAINING

• Assist & follow up the Training Manager for training support and material such as sale sheets creation and e-learning preparation
• Assist on live training events
• Training event organization and logistical follow up with suppliers
• Support the training manager on brand experience app

Description du profil : Experience: A first experience in Marketing Education: Business School or master’s degree in marketing Languages: English & French required, Dutch is a plus Skills: You are sensitive to the world of luxury, perfumes and makeup. You are creative and have a hands-on mindset. You have analytical skills and good interpersonal skills. You also have an excellent sense of organization, autonomy and initiative.
