Puig in Brussels is offering an Internship in In-Store Project Management & Merchandising BENELUX. From January 2027, for 6 months, you will assist the In-Store Design Manager with 360° retail support for S2 launches and luxury prestige/niche activities.

You will gain hands-on experience in in-store design, KPI dashboards, and retail analytics, working within a team that values creativity, organization, and initiative in the luxury beauty sector.

Qualifications

• Experience: first experience in Retail or Marketing is a plus.
• Education: Business School or master’s degree in marketing.
• Languages: French and English required; Dutch is a plus.
• You are sensitive to luxury, perfumes and makeup, creative, and have strong organization and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Assist In-store executive/designer in 360° retail support for the S2 launches.
• Assist In-store executive/designer in the temporary animation for Prestige & Niche.
• Assist in-store designer in the permanent installations’ maintenance in store.
• Assist the In-store Manager in the elaboration of the retail KPI’s dashboard.
• Participate in the elaboration of the incentive coop support (briefing, draaiboek).
• Follow up on competitors best practices in store.
