The EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) invites applications for a veterinary auditor and desk officer position in the Food and Veterinary Unit within the Internal Market Affairs Directorate. Based in Brussels, the role focuses on applying EEA legislation in Iceland and Norway and coordinating with national authorities.

Responsabilités

• Plan, conduct and lead audits in food and feed safety, animal health and welfare.
• Act as desk officer, assess compliance issues and follow up with national authorities.
• Apply and interpret EEA legislation and propose actions for consistent implementation across the EEA EFTA States.
• Collaborate with team members during audits and engage with authorities in Iceland and Norway.
