Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding knowledge of English with native-level French; additional languages a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in dispute resolution, with interest in international arbitration.
• Strong academic results from a Belgian university; LL.M. from an English-speaking jurisdiction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in international arbitrations (institutional and ad hoc).
• Handle setting-aside and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments in Belgium and abroad.
• Advise on disputes in areas including engineering & construction, commercial contracts, M&A, and international law.
