OXIDA is hiring for a regional account management role in Belgium. After completing a thorough training, you will manage internal customer relations for your region, prepare offers, and oversee projects from start to finish.

You will be the main contact for pricing, orders, delivery times, and product details, while coordinating with partner suppliers to align project follow-ups. You will deepen product knowledge to inform customers accurately and collaborate with the field team to hit regional

Responsabilités

• After an extensive training you take over internal customer management for your region.
• You prepare offers, handle tender documents and follow ongoing projects from A to Z.
• You are the daily point of contact for customers for price quotes, orders, delivery times and product information.
• You maintain smooth contact with partner suppliers and align the project follow-up with them.
• You deepen your knowledge of the product range to inform customers accurately.
• Together with your field service colleague you work on the commercial goals of your region.

• Na een uitgebreide opleiding neem je het interne klantenbeheer voor jouw regio op.
• Je stelt offertes op, behandelt lastenboeken en volgt lopende projecten van A tot Z op.
• Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij prijsvragen, bestellingen, leveringstermijnen en productinformatie.
• Je onderhoudt een vlot contact met partner-leveranciers en stemt de projectopvolging met hen af.
• Je verdiept je in het productengamma om klanten gericht te informeren.
• Samen met je collega van de buitendienst werk je aan de commerciële doelstellingen van jouw regio.
