Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Communication Intern to join our team in Ghent, Belgium. You will support internal campaigns, create content for newsletters and presentations, and assist with weekly company updates.

You will collaborate with HR on recruitment-related activities when applicable, bringing energy, creativity, and a strong eye for detail. You should be pursuing a degree in Communication or a related field and be fluent in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Communication or a related field.
• Previous internship experiences are a nice plus, but not required.
• Proficient in English and Dutch with strong written and spoken communication.
• Strong accuracy, creativity, and positive energy; team player who can work independently.
• Interest in internal communication and employee branding; comfortable with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support internal projects and campaigns (tool launches, events, engagement initiatives).
• Create content for internal channels (presentations, visuals, newsletters).
• Assist with weekly company updates, newsletters, and internal emails.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication; propose improvements.
• Contribute ideas and support ad-hoc communication projects.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment-related activities when needed.
