Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg is recruiting an AI Transformation Intern for January 2027 to support the AI Transformation team in promoting safe and practical AI tool use. You will assist with documentation, coordination, and internal communications, gaining exposure to AI adoption and Microsoft tools while working closely with experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Currently in final year or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in AI, digital tools and business transformation.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support AI Transformation team with day-to-day coordination and follow-up activities.
• Prepare simple materials for AI meetings, workshops and internal updates.
• Assist in collecting and organizing AI use-case ideas from teams.
• Maintain internal trackers, documentation and knowledge resources.
• Explore AI and Microsoft tools under guidance and document business needs.
• Assist with reporting and summaries to support decision-making.
• Support internal communication activities and training material development.

Your role

As an AI Transformation Intern, you will support the AI Transformation team in promoting the safe and practical use of AI tools across the firm. This is a learning-oriented role where you will help with documentation, coordination, research,testingand internal communication activities. You will gain exposure to AI adoption, Microsoft tools and business transformation initiatives while working closely with more experienced team members.

AI programme support

• Support the AI Transformation team with day-to-day coordination and follow-up activities;
• Help prepare simple materials for AI meetings,workshopsand internal updates;
• Assistwith collecting and organising AI use case ideassubmittedby teams;
• Contribute tomaintaininginternal trackers,documentationand knowledge resources.

Use case and tool support

• Explore AI and Microsoft tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform under guidance from the team;
• Support basic testing of AI-related tools,promptsand internal use cases;
• Help document business needs, toolfeedbackandsimple processobservations;
• Contribute to practical research on AI trends, toolfeaturesand examples relevant to internal processes;
• Assistwith simple reporting and summaries to support decision-making by the AI Transformation team.

Communication and learning support

• Support internal communication activities such as newsletter input, intranetupdatesand simple awareness materials;
• Help prepare practical training materials,examplesand quick guides for AI tools;
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and help capture feedback from users.

Your profile

Must have

• Currentlyin last year to complete, or recently completed, a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Law, or a related field;
• Strong interest in AI, digital tools,innovationand business transformation;
• Fluent in English;
• Good analytical skills and ability totransform technical terms to business language andsummarise information clearly;
• Curious,proactiveand eager to learn new tools and concepts;
• Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Teamsand Outlook.Basic experience with Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools;
• First exposure to AI tools, prompt writing, data analytics,automationor low-code/no-code tools;
• Organised, reliable and able to work with attention to detail;
• Good communicationskills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.

Nice to have

• Interest in the legal,financialor professional services sector;
• Language skills in French,Germanor Luxembourgish.
