The Senior Portfolio Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organisation's strategic objectives are translated into a coherent, prioritised, and executable portfolio of initiatives, products, programmes, and transformation projects. The role provides portfolio governance, strategic planning, demand management, investment prioritisation, resource optimisation, and executive reporting across the organisation's change agenda.
With an accountability to senior Business Services leadership team, the position serves as the central orchestrator to maximise value delivery while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities and organisational capacity. The Senior Portfolio Manager will serve as the primary portfolio management representative and is accountable for providing the executive leadership team with a consolidated view of strategic execution across the organisation.
