Qualifications

• Senior management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Experience with automation, industrial technology and production improvement.
• Understanding of maintenance and capital investment within a production environment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Interim Operations Director – Limburg (2+ years)

A Belgian manufacturing group in Limburg are looking for an Interim Operations Director to oversee operations across their production sites in Belgium.

The current Group Production Director is retiring at the end of the year, and they intend for a member of the team to take over the role from 2028/2029. The assignment is therefore focused on providing continuity while assisting in the coaching and mentoring of the junior member.

You will oversee the Plant Managers and Head of Projects & Maintenance, ensuring that the leadership team is aligned, operational priorities are clear and agreed performance metrics are being achieved. The role has a senior management focus, with responsibility for providing direction across the sites rather than managing day-to-day production directly.
