Batenborch International is seeking an Interim Head of Digital Sales E‑Commerce to drive digital growth across markets in the premium consumer & lifestyle segment. You will shape the digital sales strategy, e-commerce performance and consumer experience, and lead a multidisciplinary team with Marketing, IT and Sales.

This senior leadership role requires a Master’s degree, English proficiency, and 3+ years leading a mid-to-large B2C e‑commerce org.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required.
Excellent command of English.
3+ years of experience leading a medium to large B2C e-commerce organization.
Strong expertise in CRO, digital marketing and CRM/loyalty.
Proven people leadership experience.
Experience in fashion, luxury, premium consumer or lifestyle is a strong plus.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
Commercial, analytical and highly results-driven.
Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.

Own digital revenue, profitability and channel performance.
Lead a multidisciplinary digital team and build a high-performance culture.
