The ideal candidate has a strong UI portfolio, expert tool proficiency (Adobe, Sketch, Figma), and a deep understanding of user-centered design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of interface design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI design strengths.
• Proficient in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

As an Interface Designer, you will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate user research and requirements into engaging interface designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Work closely with development teams to implement designs accurately.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain and update design documentation and style guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in interface design or UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user interface design skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
