BDO Belgium is seeking a Graduate Consultant to kickstart a career in consulting within our Insurance Transformation Practice. You will work on strategic and operational transformation initiatives for Belgian insurers, starting from day one as part of project teams.

You will learn about Lean Management, process optimization across core insurance functions, and emerging technologies like Generative AI, while gaining exposure to senior client stakeholders and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in 2027 with a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Join project teams to support insurers in transformation journeys.
• Participate in lean management and operational excellence initiatives.
• Assist in process optimization across underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer servicing.
• Contribute to digital customer journeys, AI initiatives and future insurance platforms.
• Support PMOs on large transformation programs and prepare workshops and deliverables.
• Analyze data and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
