Projective Group is seeking a Functional Analyst to translate business needs into smart digital solutions for a leading Belgian insurer. You’ll bridge business and IT, shape functional analyses, and support digital channels used by brokers, customers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Enterprise Architect, and Zephyr.
• Comfortable collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Able to challenge requirements constructively and drive consensus.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and good understanding of the other.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Prepare functional analyses, user stories, features, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct impact and gap analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Align project scope and priorities with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support testing activities and act as a functional reference during validation phases.
• Help ensure consistency, quality, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital channels and customer-facing services.
