Cream Consulting in the center of Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst to support applications in the insurance domain (life and non-life). You will participate in requirements sessions with clients and produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents.

You should hold a Master degree or equivalent, have a minimum of 5 years’ experience (including 3 years in insurance), be fluent in French with good English, and be willing to travel abroad occasionally.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including minimum 3 years within an insurance company.
• Fluent in French and a good command of English, Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents on domains of expertise e.g. New Business, Claims, etc.
• Implement, in means of configuration, relevant aspects of the client's requirements
• Write/ Review test plans
• Perform expert testing and defect management following development/configuration
• Conduct training sessions on the system and its configured product set
• Production support including UAT testing, defect analysis and Change Requests management
• Perform gap analysis

• You are fluent in French and a good command of English, Dutch is a plus
• You are committed to travelling abroad occasionally upon the client's request.
