CREAM Consulting in Brussels seeks a Business Analyst for the insurance domain to support applications across life and non-life insurance. The role involves leading sessions, creating design and specs, configuring client requirements, and ensuring quality through testing and UAT.

The candidate should have a master degree and 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in insurance, fluency in French and English, with Dutch a plus. Occasional travel may be required.

• Master degree or equivalent in years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, incl. 3 years in insurance.
• Fluent in French; good command of English; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents on domains of expertise e.g. New Business, Claims, etc.
• Configure relevant aspects of client requirements
• Write/Review test plans
• Perform expert testing and defect management
• Conduct training sessions on the system and its configured product set
• Production support including UAT testing, defect analysis and Change Requests management
• Perform gap analysis

WHAT IS A BUSINESS ANALYST IN INSURANCE DOMAIN AT CREAM?

As Nicole, Business Analyst at Cream, embrace your role and support the different applications in the insurance industry (life and non life). Your tasks will be :

• Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents on domains of expertise e.g. New Business, Claims, etc.
• Implement, in means of configuration, relevant aspects of the client's requirements
• Write/ Review test plans
• Perform expert testing and defect management following development/configuration
• Conduct training sessions on the system and its configured product set
• Production support including UAT testing, defect analysis and Change Requests management
• Perform gap analysis

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• You have a Master degree or equivalent in years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including minimum 3 years of experience within an insurance company
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
• You are fluent in French and a good command of English, Dutch is a plus
• You are committed to travelling abroad occasionally upon the client's request.
