Cream Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Functional Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed functional designs and to coordinate closely with technical teams.

The position requires at least 2 years in Functional Analysis, strong knowledge of analysis tools (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Jira), and excellent communication and analytical skills. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus. A structured recruitment process and a Brussels center are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Functional Analysis.
• Solid knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira).
• Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze potential corrective actions to be taken.

As Fanny, Functional Analyst at Cream, embrace your role and work on application projects. Your tasks will be :

• Translating the business requirements into detailed functional designs
• Follow-up of technical analysts and developers
• Describing the test scenarios, prepare test data and organize the test execution working in close relationship with the Test coordinator
• Analyzing potential corrective actions to be taken
• Reporting progress to Project Manager
• Working closely with the business to ensure the final solution fits their needs

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Functional Analysis
• Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira,...)
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
• You have strong communication skills and analytical skills
• You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
