Cream Consulting is seeking an Energy Business Analyst to support our clients in the energy sector from Brussels. You will gather and analyze business requirements, map and improve processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into functional IT solutions.

Your role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, modeling as-is and to-be states, and shaping impact analyses to drive change in large organizations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in business or process analysis.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect).
• Experience in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (Aris, Visio, Camunda, UML).
• Knowledge of the Belgian energy landscape (suppliers, GRD).
• Fluent French or Dutch, and English.

YOUR FUTURE PROJECTS :

As Sydney, Energy Business Analyst at Cream you will support our clients in the energy sector by gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping and improving processes, coordinating with key stakeholders, and translating business needs into functional solutions

Your tasks will be :

• Communicate with the different stakeholders in order to understand their requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT
• Analyze the impact due to required evolutions
• Determine the As-Is situation and define the To-Be objectives linked to the needs of the business, and analyse the gap inbetween.
• Model the new business process to implement and reach the change.
• Perform impact analysis of new processes
• Design and document processes
• Organize the Test strategy and follow up the testing

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• You have a Master's Degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
• You have at least in 2 years of experience in Business or Process analysis
• You have an experience in project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, Agile…) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect…) could be a real asset
• A first experience in the energy sector
• A knowledge of Business Process Modeling (Aris, Visio, Camunda, UML, …)
• A knowledge of the Belgian energy landscape (suppliers, GRD)
• A fluent French or Dutch, AND English
