Inchcape Belux in Belgium is seeking a Customer Advisor to support Toyota and Lexus insurance products for dealers and private customers, delivering outstanding service and building trust in our brands. You’ll join a dynamic, international team focused on mobility of the future.

You’ll handle inquiries via email and phone, prepare quotations with certified dealers, follow up on files, and coordinate with insurance partners to ensure smooth case handling.

Qualifications

• Degree in administrative field is a strong plus; experience not required.
• Curious, eager to learn with a strong interest in insurance and customer service.
• Proficient with administrative tasks; MS Office skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; good working knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries about Toyota & Lexus insurance products via email, phone, and other channels.
• Prepare insurance quotations with certified dealers.
• Accurately prepare and follow up on customer files.
• Coordinate with insurance partners for smooth case handling.
• Provide commercial and administrative support to dealers and private customers.
