Inchcape Belux in Belgium is seeking a Customer Advisor to support Toyota and Lexus insurance products for dealers and private customers, delivering outstanding service and building trust in our brands. You’ll join a dynamic, international team focused on mobility of the future.

You’ll handle inquiries via email and phone, prepare quotations with certified dealers, follow up on files, and coordinate with insurance partners to ensure smooth case handling.

Qualifications

• Degree in administrative field is a strong plus; experience not required.
• Curious, eager to learn with a strong interest in insurance and customer service.
• Proficient with administrative tasks; MS Office skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; good working knowledge of English.

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer inquiries about Toyota & Lexus insurance products via email, phone, and other channels
• Prepare insurance quotations in collaboration with certified dealers
• Accurately and efficiently prepare and follow up on customer files
• Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure smooth case handling
• Provide commercial and administrative support to both dealers and private customers

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• A degree in an administrative field (e.g. Insurance, Legal Practice, Office Management) is a strong plus, experience is not a must
• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in insurance and customer service.
• Proficient with administrative tasks and skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Quick to pick up new knowledge, especially when guided by experienced colleagues.
• Structured and detail-focused, with a proactive and responsible mindset.
• Motivated by helping others and confident in handling customer and dealer interactions.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.
