Inchcape Belux is recruiting a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service for Toyota & Lexus insurance products. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations with dealers, and manage customer files with accuracy.

The role involves coordinating with insurance partners and providing administrative support to dealers and private customers, in a hybrid work environment across Belux.

Qualifications

• Degree in an administrative field is a strong plus; experience not required
• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in insurance and customer service
• Proficient with administrative tasks and MS Office
• Quick to pick up new knowledge with experienced colleagues guidance
• Structured, detail-focused and proactive in handling customers and dealers

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer inquiries about Toyota & Lexus insurance products via email, phone, and other channels
• Prepare insurance quotations in collaboration with certified dealers
• Accurately and efficiently prepare and follow up on customer files
• Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure smooth case handling
• Provide commercial and administrative support to both dealers and private customers

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• A degree in an administrative field (e.g. Insurance, Legal Practice, Office Management) is a strong plus, experience is not a must
• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in insurance and customer service.
• Proficient with administrative tasks and skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Quick to pick up new knowledge, especially when guided by experienced colleagues.
• Structured and detail-focused, with a proactive and responsible mindset.
• Motivated by helping others and confident in handling customer and dealer interactions.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.
