Job summary

BESIX Group, groupe belge de premier plan dans la construction et l'immobilier, recherche un Conseiller Assurance pour gérer les assurances sur divers projets, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les assureurs externes.

Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en droit ou une licence en assurance, 5 ans d'expérience et maîtrise le français (langue maternelle souhaitée), le néerlandais et l'anglais. Poste à temps plein, basé en Belgique, avec un package attractif.

Qualifications

• Vous avez un diplôme en droit ou un Bachelor en assurance et cinq années d'expérience dans une compagnie d'assurance ou chez un courtier.
• Votre langue maternelle est de préférence française et vous maîtrisez le néerlandais et l'anglais.

Responsibilities

• Parcourir l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, examiner les clauses d'assurance et les documents d'assurance pour assurer conformité.
• Assister les projets sur les questions d'assurance et collaborer avec l'équipe d'assurance pour les soumissions et les suivis administratifs.

The Insurance Advisor will be working on a range of insurance issues for various internal and external insurance professionals.

The Insurance Advisor will a.o.:

• Throughout the full lifetime of the projects provide (general) and in close cooperation with the insurance team handle the following:
  • tender: review the clauses related to insurances in the contractual requirements, prepare the submission file and review the proposal of the insurance brokers;
  • execution: review the insurance policy documents to ensure the coverage is in line with the agreed terms and conditions and follow up of the projects during their life cycles (including administrative follow up).
• Assist the Projects on the insurance matters.

Qualifications

• You have a law degree or a Bachelor in insurance and a five years’ experience in an insurance or broker’s company or insurance department of a company.
• Language: Your mother language is by preference French and you are fluent in Dutch and English.

Skills

• You have communication and transparency skills and are able to manage a multi-tasks job.
• You are organized and pro-active.
• You have a good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
