Job summary

Defence Organisation is relocating you to Norfolk, Virginia to design end-to-end eLearning courses with SMEs. You will structure modules, lessons and assessments, and develop content from source material using storyboard-based design.

You will select instructional strategies for different learning styles and create formative and summative assessments while ensuring quality and accessibility. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional English is required.
• Portfolio showing at least three eLearning projects with storyboards.
• Hands-on use of authoring tools to build standards-compliant content.
• Experience communicating with clients and subject matter experts through the full design process.
• Experience developing content in a learning management system such as Moodle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs with SMEs and partners across nations.
• Define clear, measurable learning objectives.
• Design course structure: modules, lessons, assessments.
• Develop instructional content from source material via storyboard design.
• Choose instructional strategies for different learning styles.
