HSBC Luxembourg is seeking an Associate for the Institutional Client Group to manage and grow a portfolio of Luxembourg-registered subsidiaries of international institutional clients. You will originate opportunities across HSBC capabilities, with emphasis on Cash Management (GPS) and Securities Services (SSv).

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking and relationship coverage.
• Strong understanding of transaction banking products, especially Cash Management and Securities Services.
• Knowledge of onboarding, KYC and CDD processes.
• Ability to produce quality client materials (Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Luxembourg-registered subsidiaries of institutional clients.
• Originate and coordinate opportunities across HSBC capabilities, focusing on Cash Management and Securities Services.
• Define and execute client strategies with revenue generation and disciplined pricing.
• Support Senior Relationship Managers with credit proposals, portfolio management and KYC renewals.
• Collaborate with product partners, risk, and legal teams to deliver a coordinated client experience.
