Recruitment Solutions seeks an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Brussels. You will support customers by phone, quote bills of materials, manage orders, and identify new sales opportunities while handling after-sales follow-up and territory planning.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year degree with 2-4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with related experience, and can work with moderate supervision while collaborating across organizational levels.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree with 2-4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with equivalent related experience.
• Ability to follow established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Ability to identify problems and make sound decisions in straightforward situations.
• Team player capable of collaborating at multiple levels of an organization.

Responsabilités

• Support a portfolio of customers by phone, helping them find the right products and services for their needs.
• Quote bills of materials, manage orders, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Identify new sales opportunities by working with buyers, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage after-sales follow-up, from shipment tracking to troubleshooting.
• Strategically manage your territory through competition analysis and account planning.
