Spitzer Lighting is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our in-house sales team. You will handle order entry, quote processing, and close collaboration with rep agencies to ensure exceptional customer service and accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs.

Responsabilités

• Answer customers’ questions about prices and availability, emphasize product features and upsell.
• Enter quotes and qualified orders into the system for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share selling tactics and marketing information.
• Build detailed sales reports.
• Follow up with rep agencies and coordinate welcome letters and samples with the outside sales director.
• Obtain resale certificates and COI from rep groups for distributors.
• Coordinate contracts and distributor agreements after initial sign-up.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounting to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Manage customer service by resolving inquiries, order discrepancies, and delivery/backorder issues.
• Follow up on sample feedback from reps and check if fixtures met expectations.
• Follow up on quotes and determine progression of orders.
• Coordinate purchasing with outsource vendors to align with orders.
• Verify order details including pricing, commissions, quantities, and delivery schedules.
