Forum Jobs is seeking an Injection Molding Technician / Operator for a leading Belgian manufacturing group in West-Vlaanderen. You will be responsible for operating and optimizing injection molding processes in a hands-on role.

You will set up and monitor machines, perform startup QC checks, maintain molds, and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency. Fluency in Dutch or English and a technical diploma are expected; experience in plastics manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma (TSO - Mechanics, Plastics, or similar).
• Experience in a plastic processing or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding and molds.
• Enjoy hands-on technical work.
• Capable of working independently but also thrive in a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.

Responsabilités

• Setting up, changing, starting, and monitoring injection molding machines
• Performing quality checks at production startup according to specifications
• Preventing defects and ensuring products meet quality standards
• Carrying out preventive maintenance on molds
• Suggesting improvements related to safety, quality, environment, and efficiency
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized
