Forum Jobs Tielt is seeking an Injection Molding Technician for a company in the Waregem region that manufactures molds and mechanical housings. You will operate and set up 6 to 12 injection molding machines across two shifts to produce zamak components with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

You will prepare and change molds, and fine-tune machines using parameters such as melt bath level, injection pressure, zero point, and clamp force to ensure precise finishing and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding machines and zamak parts.
• Ability to set up and adjust machines using process parameters.
• Attention to quality and meeting delivery deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up 6–12 injection molding machines (2 shifts).
• Feed zamak blocks and ensure correct material supply.
• Adjust process parameters (melt bath level, shot pressure, zero point, clamp force, pressing time) for consistent finishes.
