The role requires autonomous, proactive professionals with 8+ years in civil/infrastructure construction, fluent French and good English, and a track record in site supervision and contractor management within regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Master in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a Construction focus.
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or industrial construction.
• Senior expertise in civil works, structural works, foundations, and finishing works.
• Proven experience in site supervision and contractor management.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, petrochemical or nuclear industries.
• Autonomous and proactive mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in French with a good level of English.

Responsabilités

Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an expert to support a portfolio of infrastructure renovation and new construction projects. This role focuses on overseeing civil engineering and finishing works from the design phase through to final execution and acceptance.

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for infrastructure, civil engineering, and finishing works across various construction projects.
• Perform and review infrastructure studies, engineering deliverables, and technical notes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Draft technical specifications and documentation for work packages, tenders, and bills of material.
• Oversee site construction activities, focusing on the quality of foundations, concrete, steel, and structural works.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and adherence to project schedules while identifying potential risks.
• Collaborate with engineering offices and challenge proposed technical solutions to ensure consistency with project requirements.

• Master in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Construction.
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
• Senior expertise in civil works, structural works, foundations, and finishing works.
• Proven experience in site supervision, contractor management, and technical quality inspections.
