Ariad Group is seeking an Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead to own end-to-end IT infrastructure delivery for strategic clients across cloud, data centre, network, and end-user computing. You will interface with client CxOs, lead a team of specialists, and drive service transformation including automation and AI-led delivery.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, cloud architecture experience, and excellent stakeholder management at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure in multi-technology environments.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL 4 and ITSM tooling in managed services.
• Strong cloud/infrastructure background across cloud, data centre, network.
• Ability to manage CxO relationships and deliver executive reporting.
• Financial management skills: budgeting and P&L awareness.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure managed services across data centre, cloud, network, and end-user computing.
• Act as primary stakeholder interface for performance, escalations, and strategic reviews with client CxOs.
• Lead a team of infrastructure service specialists and drive continuous improvement.
• Define and enforce SLA/OLA across infrastructure service towers.
• Lead service reviews, prepare executive reports, and present roadmaps.
• Drive automation, AI/AIops integration, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change governance per ITIL.
