BDO Belgium is seeking a Financial Advisory Consultant – Infrastructure & Real Estate to join its Deal & Valuation Advisory team. You will support private and public sector clients with robust business plans, financial models and investment analyses.

This role combines strong analytical skills with a keen interest in infrastructure, real estate and project finance, working with experienced professionals on projects from inception to execution.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial modelling, project finance or related environments.
• Strong interest in infrastructure, real estate and investment projects.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop robust business plans, financial models and investment analyses.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models for investment and financing transactions.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses to assess viability and investment opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and financial documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and proposal development.
• Collaborate with Partners on transactions and advisory assignments.
• Contribute to improving modelling methodologies and analytical tools.
