Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in asset-heavy environments is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; Dutch to professional level within a short period.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle of multiple infrastructure projects from concept to handover.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and executable plans.
• Oversee planning, budget, quality and compliance with local laws and QHSSE.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and internal teams while safeguarding ongoing operations.
• Identify improvements in processes, technology and ways of working.
