Job summary

Rank 1, a versatile IT services provider, is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and maintain modern system environments for diverse clients. You will translate issues into robust designs, install and optimise servers, storage, and cloud setups, and work with clients on documentation and quotations.

You’ll monitor stability and security, respond to incidents, and continually upgrade skills to stay ahead of technologies, while contributing to a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with project-based work experience.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and/or French is required or highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s ICT degree or proven self-made professional track; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern infrastructure environments for clients.
• Install, configure and optimise servers, storage, virtualization, HA, backups and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with clients, provide technical advice and help develop solutions, documentation and quotations.
• Monitor performance, security and incidents, set priorities and escalate when needed.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
