UCB is seeking a Project Leader – Infrastructure CAPEX to lead complex infrastructure, utilities, and site facilities projects from concept through handover to operations at our Braine-l’Alleud campus. You will be the accountable owner for delivery, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Finance, Maintenance and Automation, while coordinating external partners to realise long-term

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering complex CAPEX projects in regulated industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong expertise in project management, budgeting, cost control and schedule management.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, buildings, utilities, engineering governance and project controls.
• Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, HSE and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic infrastructure CAPEX projects from initial concept to operational handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Manage project risks, changes, issues, and stakeholder expectations throughout delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and challenge engineering solutions to ensure long-term value.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to achieve successful project outcomes.
