Keytrade Bank, Brussels-based and part of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Group, seeks an experienced Security Engineer to protect on-premises and cloud environments. You will design and maintain security infrastructures, monitor threats, and lead incident response—with collaboration across Risk & Security teams.

Responsibilities include managing EDR/XDR, SIEM, patching, PKI, WAF, and DLP initiatives, while supporting DevSecOps and cloud hardening.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a security engineer.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with: DevSecOps.
• SIEM infrastructure experience.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud-connected environments.
• Solid troubleshooting skills (L3 level).
• Professional English (written & spoken).
• Have a clean certificate of good behavior.

Responsabilités

• Manage and improve EDR/XDR solutions to ensure the security of the bank.
• Manage the SIEM Infrastructure (Ingesting new log sources / developing custom correlation rules / creation of dashboards).
• Manage patching strategies for operating systems and infrastructure components.
• Support DevSecOps initiatives (HParameter store / CICD security).
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
• Hardening of Windows / Linux servers & services according to best practices.
• Hardening of cloud infrastructures (AWS & Azure).
• Administer and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Improve and maintain the PKI infrastructure.
• Improve and maintain data leak prevention (DLP) measures across the company.

Responsibilities

This role focuses on protecting on-premises and cloud environments, hardening systems, monitoring threats, responding to security incidents, and collaborating with infrastructure and networking teams to ensure secure operations.

You will report directly to the Head of Network & Security and collaborate closely with our dedicated Risk & Security team.

Skills

What we are looking for

Must have

• 5+ years of experience as a security engineer
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity
• Proven hands-on experience with:
• DevSecOps
• SIEM infrastructure
• Experience working in hybrid cloud-connected environments
• Solid troubleshooting skills (L3 level)
• Professional English (written & spoken)
• Have a clean certificate of good behavior.

Nice to have

• Certifications such GIAC, Azure security engineer associate, CISSP, AWS security certifications
• Experience with CIS hardening
• Experience with scripting and automation languages
• (Python, Ansible and/or Terraform)
• Experience in financial services environments
• Experience with container security (EKS / AKS / Docker, …)
• Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft Pureview, Microsoft 365, …)
• Operationally strong and comfortable in complex environments
