Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance with experience in accounting or controlling.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical focus.
- Reliable, accurate, discreet, proactive and customer-oriented.
- A team player who collaborates across departments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI/Power Apps are assets.
Responsibilities
- Timely follow-up, analysis and internal reporting of financial results.
- Support strategic processes (business plans, estimates).
- Engage with the organization to discuss relevant financial information.
- Translate financial objectives to shop floor cost deployment.
- Support and represent finance in projects and country initiatives.
- Provide training and coaching on cost KPIs at various levels.
