Job summary

Mars Belgium is seeking a Sales Representative to be the face of our brands in grocery stores across the country. You will build real relationships with clients, grow sales, and ensure our brands shine in-store from day one.

You’ll be coached by a Field Manager and supported by a dedicated career sponsor, with a clear path into sales, marketing, or category management at Mars. A Master’s degree and multilingual fluency are expected, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Willing to grow quickly into sales or marketing management.
• Analytical thinker who loves challenges.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Entrepreneurial spark with people skills.
• Ready to bring vision and creativity to Mars.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Mars in grocery stores across Belgium.
• Build real relationships with clients (not just “business contacts”).
• Grow sales and make sure our brands shine.
• Get coached by a Field Manager who’s got your back from day one.
• Get a dedicated career sponsor to guide and mentor you.
