Responsibilities include establishing baselines in project tools, monitoring schedules and budgets, organizing governance meetings, producing minutes, and maintaining portals and documentation for ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• University degree (min BSc) in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Certification in PRINCE-2 or another project management methodology.
• 3+ years in project management of military CIS.
• Experience with large-scale projects across wide geographical areas.
• Experience planning, design, installation, testing, and integration of CIS systems.

Responsabilités

• Capture baselines for projects using relevant tools (MS Project, ServiceNow, Visio, Excel).
• Monitor maritime projects meeting technical, schedule, and financial constraints; report forecasts.
• Coordinate meetings (MIWG, SAB) and bilateral meetings with Nations and NATO bodies.
• Prepare minutes, maintain records, and update project portals and related documentation.
• Ensure all project documents are complete, updated, and properly filed.

Project Manager at COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in alignment with business objectives and strategies. The role entails coordinating resource availability, managing stakeholder communications, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Capture the current BRASS and BLOS AP projects baseline, in the relevant management tools (MS Project, ServiceNow, Visio, Excel).
• Monitor the implementation of maritime projects to ensure they meet key technical, schedule and financial constraints. Report any forecasted exceptions to the Wi IMA PM on time.
• Monitor execution of projects, proactively detect potential issues and trigger mitigating actions.
• Prepare, organize and coordinate meetings, specifically the Maritime Implementation Working Group (MIWG) and BRASS Security Accreditation Board (SAB) meetings as well as bilateral meeting with Nations and NATO bodies.
• Prepare Minutes of the Meeting.
• Maintain updated meeting records such as the Communication Plan, Issue
• Log and Action List. Issue meeting minutes and reports for follow-on actions.
• Maintain updated the content of the maritime WEB Portal on NS Network
• Maritime web portal by evaluating the consistency and verify the correctness of the information, including the NS Lessons Learned WEB Portal.
• Prepare project hand-over plans.
• Prepare project deliverables such as Project/stage plans, Exception reports/plans, project management documents, end stage.

• Ensure all project documents are complete, updated, and filed appropriately.
• Experience in maritime communication systems

Requirements

• University degree (minimum BSc) in Electronics Engineering, spectrum of practice from junior to senior responsibilities.
• Have an official certification in at least one of the Project Management methodologies (PRINCE-2 and/or other project methodologies).
• Broad knowledge with minimum 3 years’ experience in project management of military CIS.
• Experience must include large scale projects through all phases and across wide geographical areas.
• Recent experience (within the last 3 years) must include planning, design, installation, testing, and integration of CIS systems.
• Good knowledge of MS suite Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project and MS PowerPoint).
