COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close maritime CIS projects aligned with business objectives. You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholder communications, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include establishing baselines in project tools, monitoring schedules and budgets, organizing governance meetings, producing minutes, and maintaining portals and documentation for ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• University degree (min BSc) in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Certification in PRINCE-2 or another project management methodology.
• 3+ years in project management of military CIS.
• Experience with large-scale projects across wide geographical areas.
• Experience planning, design, installation, testing, and integration of CIS systems.

Responsabilités

• Capture baselines for projects using relevant tools (MS Project, ServiceNow, Visio, Excel).
• Monitor maritime projects meeting technical, schedule, and financial constraints; report forecasts.
• Coordinate meetings (MIWG, SAB) and bilateral meetings with Nations and NATO bodies.
• Prepare minutes, maintain records, and update project portals and related documentation.
• Ensure all project documents are complete, updated, and properly filed.
