Ebbinge Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Research Associate Executive Search to help shape the future C-level teams for private equity funds and family businesses. You will work closely with our consultants, diving into markets and industries to uncover visionary leaders who drive growth.

You will analyze sectors, craft market maps and presentations, and build strong candidate relationships, guiding them through the process.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a related field.
• First professional experience or internship in executive search or research-driven environments is a plus.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn throughout the process.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Analyze markets, map trends, and identify top-tier talent.
• Translate search strategies into market maps, presentations, and client updates.
• Build connections as the first contact for candidates and guide them through the process.
• Spot opportunities and contribute ideas for business development.
