XAnge is seeking a Benelux-focused sourcing and investment professional to identify waves of opportunities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will map ecosystems, build strategic networks, and lead due diligence with partners to advance compelling investment cases.

Role requires 2–5 years in VC/startups/tech consulting, leadership in deal processes, and fluency in English and French (Dutch a plus).

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in VC, startups or tech consulting.
Strong understanding of tech industries and business models.
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
Empathetic listener with integrity and conviction.
Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
Knowledge of European and Benelux ecosystems valued.

Responsabilités

Source and map the European and Benelux startup ecosystem.
Lead proactive deep dives on sector themes.
Build and maintain a strategic network across founders, angels, incubators, universities, and co-investors.
Represent XAnge on the ground in the Benelux tech community.
Analyze and select opportunities across France and Benelux; present at weekly Monday meetings.
Lead deep dives with partners: entrepreneur meetings, due diligence, memo prep, IC presentation.
Manage end-to-end investment process including LOIs, due diligence, audits, and legal docs.
Support portfolio companies: board prep, fundraising, recruitment, and business planning.
Contribute to exit processes: deal structuring, legal docs, closing.
Represent XAnge at startup events and in the media, especially Benelux.
