Zusammenfassung

PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior IFRS & Capital Markets Consultant to strengthen its CMAAS team. You will deliver IFRS advisory across deals and capital raisings, guide projects, and work with cross-functional PwC teams to provide integrated solutions for international and Belgian clients.

You will leverage Belgian GAAP/IFRS knowledge, collaborate on business development, and have opportunities to travel for international engagements, while supporting the growth of the CMAAS practice in a dynamic

Qualifikationen

• A master’s degree in (Applied) Economics, Finance, Law, or a comparable domain.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting (or auditing), specifically with respect to Belgian GAAP and IFRS or capital markets.
• Proficiency in either Dutch or French, in addition to English, is required. Experience with financial and/or non-financial (sustainability) reporting-tools (Workiva, Fluence, Lucanet, …) is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Deliver top-tier and solutions-oriented advisory services on IFRS accounting and reporting, particularly during significant transactions like deals and capital raisings.
• Guide our clients through the different steps of the project, including project management assistance, internal communication, accounting technical advice, in-house training and hands-on practical assistance to the preparation of the IFRS reporting.
• Participate in business development initiatives.
• Be part of a recognised expert team and share our cumulative knowledge and experience with a range of prestigious international and Belgian clients.
• Work in teams with PwC colleagues of other departments to offer integrated solutions relevant to client needs.
• Have the opportunity to travel and work on international engagements and collaborate with colleagues abroad too.
