PwC Belgium is seeking a Debt and Capital Advisory Expert to lead complex financing projects and guide teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will manage client relationships, structure transactions and deliver high-impact financial analyses and materials.

You will drive end-to-end deal execution, oversee models and projections, and contribute to strategic financing solutions while mentoring colleagues across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt advisory, corporate finance or financing transactions.
• Proven track record in execution and client interaction.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Lead debt advisory mandates and be the primary client contact throughout the deal cycle.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution from initial analysis to lender negotiation and closing.
• Oversee creation of client deliverables like information memoranda, financial models and presentations.
• Lead and develop teams, coaching professionals to reach their potential.
• Supervise financial modelling and analysis, assessing debt capacity and pricing.
