Axiles Bionics is seeking an ICT & Odoo Coordinator to own and evolve our digital infrastructure. You will balance hands-on IT/Network management with deep Odoo ERP customization to fit our operations.

The role requires translating high‑level needs into complete solution architectures, leading end‑to‑end projects, and training users across departments. A multi‑OS environment experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT operations and ERP integrations.
• Ability to design and deploy Odoo customizations.
• Experience with multi-OS environments including Linux, Windows and macOS.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ICT & networking duties, including hardware lifecycle and security.
• Implement precise Odoo customizations and modules for operations.
• Provide second‑line user support and training across departments.
• Translate business ideas into solution architectures and lead end‑to‑end projects.
• Manage network infrastructure, security, and performance with cross‑functional teams.
