Keystone Solutions is seeking a dedicated ICT consultant to provide first-line support at a client site in Belgium. The role involves working directly with users to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.

You will handle incidents and service requests, manage tickets via GLPI, contribute to on-site project tasks, and collaborate with second-line support as needed. This part-time, 3/5 schedule runs from December 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience with Intune management.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls.
• Windows 11 and Office 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming tickets via phone or GLPI.
• Assist users with incidents related to office apps and network issues.
• Handle standard requests: user creation, PC setup, and access provisioning.
• Update IT equipment inventory (PCs, phones).
• Escalate issues to second-line support when needed.

• Update the inventory of IT equipment (PCs, phones) based on requests.
• Escalate issues to second-line support when necessary.
