Job summary

Jan De Nul Group seeks a Head of (Group) ICT to align IT with business strategy and lead the ICT leadership organisation in Belgium. You will drive transformation across Architecture, ERP, Production, Finance, and HR, reporting to the CFO.

You will shape the digitalisation agenda, manage major transformation initiatives, and ensure IT investments support strategic goals while strengthening security and resilience.

Qualifications

• Seasoned ICT leader with a proven track record in directing large IT organisations.
• Strategic vision with strong operational execution and digital innovation.
• Proven experience leading transformation programs and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ICT leadership organisation with clear strategic priorities.
• Analyze current ICT landscape, architecture and capabilities; assess risks.
• Engage with business leaders; act as strategic advisor on IT, technology and digitalisation.
• Identify emerging technologies and translate them into business value.
• Shape the digitalisation agenda and define a coherent transformation roadmap.
• Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and manage IT investments.
• Ensure continuity and security of the IT landscape against cyber risks.
