Job summary

Qplox engineering is seeking an IC Testing & Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Engineer to drive validation toward production, delivering reliable measurements and engineering insights from the lab.

You will set up and debug IC test benches, build automated scripts in Python and MATLAB, analyze data, report results, and collaborate with IC design teams and external test houses to ensure smooth production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in IC testing and semiconductor validation.
• Hands-on lab experience with ATE and PCB-based test setups.
• Ability to analyze measurement data and identify root causes.
• Experience working with external test houses and suppliers.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and debug IC test benches and fixtures.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Python, MATLAB).
• Execute functional and parametric tests per validation plans.
• Analyze data, identify anomalies, correlate with design.
• Prepare concise test reports with conclusions and next steps.
• Collaborate with IC design, validation, and test-service providers.
• Support transition from lab validation to production testing.
