Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux invites you to join the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team as a Demand Planning Intern. You will forecast demand, analyze data, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure products are available when customers need them.

The internship offers mentorship, hands-on projects, and exposure to cutting-edge planning tools. You'll be part of a community of interns with development opportunities and travel reimbursement while receiving a monthly

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Engineering, BA or related fields
Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Ability to transform data into insights and communicate clearly
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and teamwork

Responsibilities

Support the creation and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts.
Analyze sales data, market trends and promotions to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Category teams to align demand plans.
Prepare reports to monitor forecast accuracy and business performance.
Support continuous improvement projects and adoption of new planning tools including AI.
Present insights and recommendations to drive data-based decisions.
