Mondelēz International in Belgium is seeking a Demand Planning specialist to develop the 0-24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU, coordinating with sales, marketing and other partners to finalize a detailed demand plan for supply planners.

You will review weekly pacing, translate data into actionable insights, and drive continuous plan improvements through cross-functional collaboration in a fixed-term role ending 31 December 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in demand planning or IBP/S&OP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and SKU.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and partners to finalize the demand plan.
• Review disaggregated short-term demand plan and weekly pacing.
• Provide the finalized detailed demand plan to supply planners and adjust with feedback.
• Lead root-cause analysis for plan improvements and share insights with leadership.
• Interface with modelling teams to generate statistical forecasts.
